A routine refers to a procedure that is regular and unvarying, it has to do with a habitual method of action i.e. actions that are carried out consistently. Even nature gives us good glimpses of routine such as the rising and setting of the sun, the consistent twenty hours in a day; it doesn’t vary from twenty four hours on Monday to twenty six hours on Tuesday; also wet and dry seasons do not vary, etc. All these routines are the very elements that gives stability and balance to life, thereby enabling us to make concrete plans for the future.  Read more... A simple word that denotes your ability to decide between a range of options, good or bad, negative or positive. Life is all about choices, at every point in time we make choices from mundane things of selecting what to wear or eat to exceptional task of  choosing a spouse, job, geographic location, etc.  Our choices are like the rudder of a ship steering our lives in the direction of the choice(s) we make. We must take into cognizance the fact that yesterday’s decision is today’s result; decisions not chance determines your destiny, your decisions are designing your future.
